  • Pinetco will notify the User in advance of any changes to these Terms at least in text form or by means of a pop-up notification in the Software. If the User does not object to the amendment in text form (e.g. by e-mail, in the pop-up notification) within at least 4 weeks after notification of the amendment, this shall be deemed to be an acceptance of the amendment; Pinetco shall point this out in the notifications of amendment.
