Settings
Configure PDF CreateMate to match your business requirements. Access all settings from the main navigation or your profile menu.

Date Format
Customize how dates appear in your generated documents with preset formats or custom patterns.
Link Display
Control how file links are displayed in your generated PDFs—as plain URLs, clickable links, or custom text.
Email Notifications
Configure daily email summaries and backup email addresses.

Set your preferred interface language for PDF CreateMate.
Accessing Settings
Navigate to Settings from:
- Main sidebar → Settings
- Profile menu → Settings
Settings Overview
| Setting | Scope | Description |

| Date format | Organization | How dates appear in all generated documents |
| Link display | Organization | How file URLs appear in documents |
| Email notifications | User | Daily summary emails and backup address |
| HubSpot connection | Organization | Reconnect or disconnect HubSpot |
Organization-level settings (date format, link display) apply to all team members. User-level settings (email notifications) are personal preferences.
HubSpot Integration
Manage your HubSpot connection from the Settings page:
- Reinstall App: Update permissions when new features require additional HubSpot access
- Disconnect: Remove the HubSpot connection (requires password confirmation)
