Uninstalling
If you need to disconnect PDF CreateMate from your HubSpot account or delete your PDF CreateMate account entirely, follow the steps below.
Uninstalling from HubSpot
To remove the PDF CreateMate integration from HubSpot:
- In HubSpot, navigate to Settings (gear icon)
- Go to Integrations → Connected apps
- Find PDF CreateMate in the list of connected apps
- Click the Actions dropdown and select Uninstall
After uninstalling, PDF CreateMate will lose access to your HubSpot account and its data. This means it will cease to function and won't communicate with HubSpot anymore. Workflows using PDF CreateMate actions will no longer work.
Deleting Your PDF CreateMate Account
To permanently delete your PDF CreateMate account:
- Log in to PDF CreateMate
- Navigate to your Profile settings
- Scroll to find the Delete account option
- Click Delete account and confirm the action
By deleting your PDF CreateMate account, all your saved templates and any HubSpot data linked to PDF CreateMate will be permanently removed. This action cannot be undone. Ensure that you have saved or backed up any crucial information before proceeding.
Before You Uninstall
Consider these steps before disconnecting:
- Download any generated documents you need to keep
- Export template configurations if you plan to return
- Cancel any active subscriptions
- Notify team members who use the integration
Reconnecting Later
If you decide to use PDF CreateMate again after uninstalling:
- Your HubSpot properties created by PDF CreateMate will remain
- You'll need to re-upload your templates
- Workflows will need to be reconfigured
- Previous generation history will not be available
