Required HubSpot Permissions

To use PDF CreateMate, you need:

• Admin or Super Admin access to connect PDF CreateMate initially
• Standard User access to generate documents (after initial setup)

HubSpot Objects

PDF CreateMate works with:

• Contacts
• Companies
• Deals
• Tickets
• Custom Objects

Template Requirements

Document Format

PDF CreateMate accepts templates as .docx uploads, Google Docs links, HTML uploads/paste, or PDF forms with interactive fields.

Supported:

• .docx (Microsoft Word 2007+)
• Google Docs (shareable link; Sheets/Slides are not supported)
• HTML uploads or pasted content (.html/.htm/.txt)
• PDF forms with fillable fields (.pdf)

Not Supported:

• .doc (Legacy Word format)
• Flat/static PDF files without interactive form fields
• Apple Pages
• Google Sheets/Slides

Creating Templates

You'll need:

• Microsoft Word (desktop or web) saved as .docx
• Or Google Docs with a shareable link (no manual export needed)
• Or any editor that exports to .docx or HTML
• Or a PDF form with interactive fillable fields

Template Best Practices

For optimal results:

1. Use standard fonts (Arial, Calibri, Times New Roman)
2. Embed fonts for custom typography
3. Use tables for structured layouts
4. Keep images embedded (not linked)
5. Test with preview before generating

Does PDF CreateMate Work with Other CRMs?

Currently, PDF CreateMate is designed exclusively for HubSpot. We focus on deep HubSpot integration to provide the best possible experience.

We do not support:

• Salesforce
• Pipedrive
• Zoho CRM
• Other CRM platforms

Third-Party Integrations

While PDF CreateMate integrates directly with HubSpot, you can connect it to other tools through:
