PDF CreateMate uses a flexible pay-per-use credit system with volume discounts. All organizations get the same features; cost varies by document complexity and credits purchased.

Note: Volume discount (25% off) applies when purchasing 50,000+ credits. Minimum/maximum purchase per transaction: 1,000–300,000 credits.
Features Available at All Tiers
All features are available to every organization. Trial users (no purchase history) can generate up to 100 documents with watermarks before credits are required. The cost per document depends on template settings:

How Credits Work
- 100 credits = €1.00 (standard rate)
- Standard document = 100 credits (€1.00)
- With 1 signature = 300 credits (€3.00)
- With 2 signatures = 400 credits (€4.00)
- Add feature costs as noted above.
Example: 50 documents with signatures → 15,000 credits ≈ €150.00.
Volume Discounts
Purchase 50,000+ credits at once to unlock 25% discount (€0.75/credit):
- 50,000 credits: €375.00 (saves €125.00)
- 100,000 credits: €750.00 (saves €250.00)
- 300,000 credits (max): €2250.00 (saves €750.00)
Trial & Free Tier
New organizations (those that have never completed a purchase) receive 100 free documents with watermarks. During this trial period, documents are generated normally but include a small watermark.
Once you purchase credits, the watermark is removed from all future documents and the trial ends permanently — even if your credit balance later reaches zero.
Zero Credit Behavior
What happens when your credit balance reaches 0 depends on your organization type:

To process pending documents, go to your template list and use the Retry action. Pending documents do not process automatically after a top-up.
Running Low on Credits
When your credit balance runs low (estimated to last fewer than 14 days based on your usage history), a warning appears in the sidebar. This warning is only shown when auto-recharge is disabled.

- After purchasing, use the Retry action on pending documents to process them
