Accessing Settings
Navigate to Settings from:
- Main sidebar → Settings
- Profile menu → Settings
Settings Overview
| Setting | Scope | Description |

| Date format | Organization | How dates appear in all generated documents |
| Link display | Organization | How file URLs appear in documents |
| Email notifications | User | Daily summary emails and backup address |
| HubSpot connection | Organization | Reconnect or disconnect HubSpot |
Organization-level settings (date format, link display) apply to all team members. User-level settings (email notifications) are personal preferences.
HubSpot Integration
Manage your HubSpot connection from the Settings page:
- Reinstall App: Update permissions when new features require additional HubSpot access
- Disconnect: Remove the HubSpot connection (requires password confirmation)
